The Minimally Invasive Surgery Hospital earned the Gold Seal of Approval in health care from the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations in 2005.  In a recent patient satisfaction survey, we also earned a perfect score for overall quality of care and services.  MISH is also the only hospital in a several state area around Kansas which regularly performs advanced Laparoscopic Bariatric Procedures.  Including the Duodenal switch, Biliopancreatic Diversion and Revisional surgery, as well as the Lap-Band and Gastric Bypass.
